Fire Risk assessment
FSE Fire Risk Assessment & Health & Safety Risk Assessment Team
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 is the legislation which requires a Fire Risk Assessment to be carried out and applies to virtually every place of work. These risk assessments must be carried out and reviewed regularly in order to comply with legislation and keep your premises safe, usually on an annual basis.
There is a requirement to undertake a formal Fire Risk Assessment if five or more people work within your building and the Fire Risk Assessment needs to be documented. FSE’s qualified and trained risk assessors have years of experience in undertaking and documenting formal fire risk assessments.
FSE Risk Assessments are presented in a simple, clear and effective format. Experience has shown that relying on common sense and good observation as well as specialist technical knowledge has been of greater benefit to small and medium sized business owners, rather than complicated mathematical calculations. Often practical recommendations for ensuring the fire safety of company employees has proved to be the most cost effective company strategy.
